A girl named Yana

Assalamualaikum and hye everyone. 

Let me introduce myself at first.  My name is Diyana Atikah Farinha Bt Abd Halim. I had a long name. I do realized that. Everyone told me the same thing. All people are telling the same thing when they meet me for the first time. But soon, they will remember my name easily.  Yeah, my name is quite long but I am happy with it. I guess I had a nice name which Diyana represent religion, and Atikah represent generous, brave, clean, pure. It's not like everybody have it right? But I won't assume myself as perfect as that because sometimes I do have my wrong part and I always make mistakes that common with others. But no matter what, I always grateful as I am. Yes I do.

I prefer to spend my free time with novels and my camera. I love photography most. And I really thanks to my father for always supporting my interest and willing to buy me a DSLR. It's easier for me to learn more in photography.

I was born in Johor but currently I was stay in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. I received my early education in one of Chinese School in Negeri Sembilan and I got 7A in my UPSR. Then I continued my second and third stage education in SMK Dato Mansor where I obtained 2A 6B in my PMR and 5A in my SPM. I was one of the unfortunate student who failed to get any seat in any local university due to my lack SPM result. But in other side, I was grateful because I get an offer to further my study in Diploma at Polytechnic Port Dickson major in Secretarial Science course. 

Once I finished my diploma, I try to further my study in degree level. I choose UITM for my second choice university. I get my chance to enter UITM based on my second application. I failed to get a sit on my first application. But now I already be part of UITM. I always thank god for giving me this chance. This is what I want. I choose to be part of Human Resource Society in UITM Malacca. For me, there are lot of benefits in UITM. All the subjects here are taught all in English.  They teach us how to be confident,  make us familiar with presentations.

All the facilities provided are also more than enough. For example, the library here are available until night and are included with wifi services, photocopy services and others. So I feel that it is easier for us to complete our task here. We don’t have to go far for printing or photocopy process.

As conclusion, I am happy to be part of UITM and I hope I can use all the benefits provided wisely. Let’s be proud of our UITM guys !
